About Me

After 15 years in commercial signage, estimating, and project oversight, I started Just Aili, LLC to solve a persistent industry problem: projects get slowed down by confusing codes, mismanaged vendors, and poor communication.

My role is straightforward. I serve as your direct signage specialist and owner's advocate. From architectural wayfinding packages and full ADA compliance audits to manufacturer coordination and installation logistics, I bring real-world manufacturing and ownership experience to the table.

I keep the process simple, transparent, and grounded in practical value. When you work with Just Aili, you work directly with me to safeguard your timeline, your budget, and your Certificate of Occupancy.

ADA is where most sign packages fail inspection, and it's the work I know best. I review drawings, audit existing buildings and verify installed signs against the 2010 ADA Standards and local accessibility codes, so nothing holds up your Certificate of Occupancy.

Small details decide inspections. Tactile characters must sit at least 48 inches above the finish floor to the baseline of the lowest line and no more than 60 inches to the baseline of the highest. Missing this is one of the most common reasons a sign gets replaced before occupancy.
